How do I pay you?
Customers pay by check, cash or paypal.

How long will it take to clean my house?
If it is a deep cleaning, it will take longer, depending on the size of the home. Normal cleanings thereafter will take about half the time of the initial cleaning, however, it depends on how much time is needed to clean your home and if you have pets.

How many people clean my house?
The cleaning team is usually two people, however, it may require more people if it is a deep cleaning.

Do the same people clean my house on an ongoing basis?
Yes, unless an emergency occurs and we will let you know well in advance.

How much will it cost?
The cost will be determined by the size of your home and the scheduling of cleanings.

Do I tip the cleaner?
Tips are not a requirement, but if you feel inclined, tips are very much appreciated.

What if I want extra things done that have not been discussed in advance?
Simply call the office and let us know what you need.

How do you do the scheduling?
Simply call the office to schedule a cleaning.

How do you handle access to home?
We prefer to have a key to home, however, access to the home is whatever the customer feels comfortable in doing.

What about alarm codes?
We will be happy to deactivate or activate alarm codes or simply leave alarms off during day of cleaning.

Can I be home when a cleaning is done?
Customers may be at home, however, it's not necessary.

Is your team comfortable around dogs/pets?
Yes, my team is comfortable around dogs or cats as long as pets are friendly. We are a pet-friendly cleaning service.

Can I schedule monthly or do I have to get cleanings on a weekly/bi-weekly basis?
We will schedule cleanings to fit your individual cleaning needs.

Where do you get the people working for you and do I need to do background check?
We only employ people by referral and we do background checks.

Does your team speak English?
The majority of my team speaks English. If a situation arises where they do not understand, you can inmediately call the office.

Do I provide cleaning supplies or do you bring them?
We provide cleaning supplies and equipment. However, if the customer feels like using their own equipment we are open to do so.

Can I start out getting cleanings monthly and then switch to every other week?
Customers are free to change their cleaning schedules when necessary provided adequate notice is given.
